Here I am doing my daily doga. Gotta shed my holiday weight you know.
I like to do doga (dog yoga) while chewing my chocolate nylabone.
Don't forget to stretch..you might pull something.
You have to be watchful of annoying sisters who try to swoop in and steal your toy.. Go ahead Coco, you will pull back a nub.
And finally, make sure your form is just right. Downward chewing dog.

Boston Yoga!!! HOW FUN. It looks like at this rate you will be in great shape in a matter of weeks. Good job! Do you like the chocolate nylabone? My humans bought me a peanut butter one but I don't care for it all that much but maybe I can persuade them to buy me a chocolate one if you liked it!:) You sure make it look yummy!
